(Long Beach,Ca.) Round 1 Formula Drift on the streets of Long Beach ... one word "HOT" ... like 95 degrees .. Damn ... Plain & simple a really fun event to attend (worth every penny), great location by the water, racing, Import car show, and even more girls at the vendor booths this year. The one draw back about the Long Beach course is depending on where you sit you will only see a certain part of the race. This year I took some shots from the general admission section at the end of the coarse so you could check out that view...honestly I think i liked it better there then in the reserve section view I had in 2007(see Formula D 2007 gallery)... If you go to a 2008 Formula D event don't miss the red Tanaka Racing Corvette... that thing just SCREAMS around the track... Congrats to Chris Forsberg (NOS/Maxxis Tires Nissan 350Z) for winning Long Beach 2008... Check out the champagne celebration photos at the end.
